With Over 30 Years of Experience, My Passion Has Always Been Helping People

With over three decades of experience in Corporate America, one thing has remained constant—my passion for helping people. I’ve worked across a variety of industries and organizations, from start-ups to large international companies, wearing many hats along the way. Whether in Human Resources, Safety, Training and Development, Design, Sales, or Marketing, my focus was always on people. That same passion now drives my work at Terre’s Business Solutions, where I help small business owners eliminate overwhelm, streamline their operations, and achieve their goals.

When I'm Not Helping Businesses Thrive...

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me enjoying the peaceful life on my little piece of property in the country. I spend my days on my small farm with my rescue animals—horses, goats, and dogs. My horses are retired Off-Track Thoroughbreds that I took in after their racing days were over, and they’ve been part of my family for about 15 years now.

In my spare time, I’m usually busy with home improvement projects or tending to the never-ending tasks that come with life on a farm.

My personal passions? They’re all about comfort—blue jeans, boots, chocolate, and ice cream. And if I’m being completely honest, my boot collection might be getting a little out of hand!

Through it all, I live by a simple principle: say what you mean, do what you say, and always act with honesty and integrity.

Take Control - Take Action

Dream It!

It all began with an idea. You’ve thought about starting a business. You believe now is the time to turn that hobby of yours into something more! You’re not sure where to start or how to put the pieces in place.

Build It!

Starting your own business can be intimidating and overwhelming. You have questions and you feel like you’re spinning your wheels. You spend all your time working on the business, yet feel like you’re getting nowhere.

Grow It!

Your business is open, but now it’s time to take it up a notch. You are ready to grow and scale, but you need a solid plan. What you’re doing isn’t really producing the results you’d hoped for.
